Trestle Community Management today announced Kristen Ledbetter, Senior Community Manager and Mid-rise, High-rise & Estate Practice Leader, won 2019 Community Manager of the Year as awarded by Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Washington State Chapter.
“Kristen’s winning 2019 Community Manager of the Year, the industry’s top recognition in Washington state, is an amazing and exclusive accomplishment.” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “The professionalism and execution Kristen provides to the Clients across the Mid-rise, High-rise and Estate Practice clients she leads is a testament for the high quality of services Trestle seeks to provide to all Clients.”
Kristen brought a distinguished 11-year career in association management to Trestle when she joined in April-2018. Kristen has particular expertise with estate, mid-rise and high-rise communities, financials including implementing special assessments, and in dealing with insurance renewals and claims. She was previously nominated for Community Manager of the Year in 2016 and 2018 by CAI. Kristen holds Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist® (AMS®) certifications from CAI and is working toward the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) certification.
