Trestle Community Management today announced that it has successfully implemented architectural request processing through its My-Community Web Portal. Through a close relationship with its partners, Trestle has fully utilized its internal accounting software and seamlessly integrated the information with Trestle’s My-Community Web Portal. Now, Homeowners and Board Members alike may access and review architectural requests and account history on-demand, at any time.

“Accessible and easy to use tools help establish and maintain trust between our Client Associations and their community members,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “Ongoing advancement and resource implementation, such as processing architectural alteration requests through Trestle’s My-Community Web Portal, strengthen Trestle’s existing processes and allow us to better serve our Client Associations.”

With a focus on execution and responsiveness, Trestle provides countless resources for Homeowners and Board Members. The use of the architectural request process within Trestle’s My-Community Web Portal ensures that Homeowners may access detailed guidance which includes written instructions as well as Trestle’s Webinars On-Demand, in order to submit alteration requests as their schedule allows. This process provides Homeowners an easy location for the submission of all needed information and a place to communicate directly with the Association, avoiding delays in their project. Similarly, through Trestle’s My-Community Web Portal, Board Members may review the records submitted by Homeowners, communicate among themselves about the request and approve or reject it.

Homeowner history is also retained within Trestle’s My-Community Web Portal. As a result, Homeowners may review their request at any time during and after the review process. They will be able to access the records submitted as well as any communication from the Association, including confirmation of receipt of request and a letter outlining the Board’s final decision.
