Trestle Community Management today announced the hire of Denise Rasmussen as Senior Community Manager. Reporting to Kelli Smith, Senior Manager of Trestle’s Developer Services Practice. Denise will focus on a portfolio of new declarant-controlled and in-transition to homeowner Board community associations.
“Managing brand new associations in development with our declarant partners requires deep expertise in building community associations from scratch,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle’s President. “I’m excited to have Denise’s extensive background and experience in this area to help us build the best brand new community associations possible.”
Denise brings to Trestle Community Management over 14-years’ experience in the Community Management industry. For the last 10-years Denise held Community Association Manager and Executive Community Association Manager roles at The Management Trust in Tacoma where she led a team of Community Managers while managing her own portfolio. Denise has particular expertise with in-development, declarant-controlled communities where recruiting and training Board members how to operate is required. She was nominated for Community Manager of the Year in 2015 and 2016 by the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Denise holds Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist® (AMS®) certifications from the CAI, and is working toward the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification.
