Trestle Community Management today announced that it has deployed a powerful new video conferencing system that can be used by Client Associations for holding virtual Board or Member meetings without everyone being in the same room. The new system allows them to connect from anywhere around the world using any computer, tablet, or smartphone and is offered as a no fee service for Clients to utilize.
It is now easier to get all Board Members and owners together for meetings even if some are travelling or not able to be physically at the meeting location. This is especially valuable for Board members who are snow-birds or those who live in multiple locations throughout the year.
“Association Board Members are volunteers who spend a lot of personal time on their communities,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “Giving them the ability to hold and attend productive Board or Member meetings while eliminating the need to travel to be physically at the meeting is a way to gain better meeting attendance and reduce the amount of personal time they have to sacrifice in supporting their community.”
The Trestle video conferencing system can be used for Board meetings or Member meetings with up to 100 connected attendees. Attendees may connect to the meeting via video or telephone allowing all participants to hear each other at the same time. The solution is secure as the Trestle Community Manager can only allow invited guests into the meeting and provides the ability to share screens, see each other on video, share presentations, whiteboards, websites, and files.
