Trestle Community Management today announced the hire of Kelli Smith, PCAM, as Senior Community Manager. Reporting to Trestle’s President, Kelli will lead Trestle’s Developer Relations Practice.
“Trestle has the broadest number of Tier-1 developer relations in the Puget Sound Community Association Management industry,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle’s President. “I’m excited to have someone of Kelli’s stature and experience in the industry to be leading our Developer Relations Practice to achieve the highest level of professionalism and execution possible.”
Kelli brings to Trestle Community Management over 26-years’ experience in the Community Management industry. Most recently Kelli was Vice President of Community Association Management at The Management Trust in Kirkland where she led a team of 19 Community Managers overseeing more than 150 communities. Kelli is particularly deep in all aspects of Community Association Management, including Developer Relations and Large Scale/Master Planned Communities. Kelli holds Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist® (AMS®), and Professional Community Association Manager® (PCAM®) certifications from the Community Associations Institute.
