Trestle Community Management today announced it has hired Caitlin Traub, PCAM as Senior Community Manager and Large Scale and Active Adult Practice Lead. The newly established Large Scale and Active Adult Practice will focus on managing and growing the firm’s existing master planned and active adult client associations.
“Managing Large Scale and Active Adult communities requires a whole different level of experience and expertise than traditional Community Association Management,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle’s President. “I’m excited to have Caitlin leading the newly formed Large Scale and Active Adult Practice to help us deliver the best possible services and experience to our Clients.”
Caitlin brings to Trestle Community Management over 6 years’ experience in the Community Management industry. She worked for 3 years with a 1,500 home master association in Texas before locating to Washington State over two years ago. Most recently, Caitlin was Vice President of Community Association Management at a Seattle-based firm responsible for overseeing their entire Client portfolio and community management team. Caitlin has become an active participant in Washington’s Community Association industry; volunteering as the Co-Chair and Presenter of the CA Day Committee as well as presenting at the annual Manager Only Meeting with the Washington State Chapter of Community Association Institute (WSCAI).
Caitlin holds Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations. She studied at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA concentrating on Political Science and Public Health.
