Trestle Community Management announced today the hire of industry veteran Ron Rice to lead Trestle’s Client accounting activities, reporting to Trestle’s President.
“Accounting is a key foundational capability for our clients. Particularly the timely delivery of accurate financial reports, collections and vendor payments; and providing clients with expertise and guidance while properly managing community funds,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle President. “I am excited to have someone with Ron’s experience and industry stature join the Trestle team and be totally focused only on Client accounting.”
Ron brings to Trestle over 18-years of accounting experience in the Community Association industry. Prior to joining Trestle, he served 17-years at CDC/Management Trust responsible for their accounting department as Accounting Manager and Controller. Ron worked in all aspects of Community Association accounting starting as a General Ledger Accountant & Full Charge Bookkeeper and working his way to Accounting Manager & Controller managing a staff of 18-people. During that time Ron helped the firm grow from 65 to over 180 Clients.
Ron replaces Mary Jo Bennett who has left the community management industry to pursue other interests.
