Trestle Community Management today announced the promotion of Stephanie Slone to Advisory Community Manager and Condominium Practice Director.

Trestle’s Advisory Community Managers and Practice Directors are required to have the most highly-developed Community Management experience and skills in the industry.  The role is reserved only for the most elite, highly experienced, and credentialed people within the industry, who can bring advanced skills to the Practice area to serve Trestle Clients in an advisory capacity.

“With over 8 years experience managing community associations and an in-depth knowledge of garden-style condominiums, Stephanie is well prepared to serve as an Advisory Community Manager for Trestle Community Management,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management.  “I am excited for Stephanie to become the firm's primary business manager overseeing the firm’s Condominium Practice, made of over fifty Trestle Clients and six Community Association Managers.

Stephanie Slone was the first employee of Trestle Community Management, and joined her father, Bob Brencic, in acquiring the firm. Through their collaborative efforts, Stephanie and Bob have helped Trestle grow and thrive over the last six years. Today, Trestle is recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in Washington state as well as one of the best places to work.

Stephanie states that growing Trestle has taught her many valuable lessons which she can apply to her Practice. She earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) credentials and is working toward her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation while continuing to speak at events for the Washington State Chapter of Community Association Institute (WSCAI).
