Trestle Community Management today announced that is has deployed a new capability to send text messages and auto-calls to homeowners on behalf of its Client Associations. Through the service, called Signals, Trestle can quickly issue emergency notices and meeting reminders.  The service further provides the capability to send targeted messages to only several owners in the event that a situation only applies to selected areas within a community, such as in the case of an area-specific maintenance project.

”There are many situations where rapidly communicating information to owners is critical and where email is insufficient, whether it is an emergency, coordinating maintenance activities, or promoting an annual meeting to obtain quorum,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle President.  “Deploying an innovative tool such as Signals uniquely enables Trestle to quickly communicate with owners in a new and most effective manner.”

Along with emailed and mailed notices, Signals provides Trestle additional avenues to issue information to homeowners, increasing the likelihood that important details will be received. The service enhances distribution methods for important announcements, and Trestle believes this useful tool will provide another valuable means in which to ensure completion of time-sensitive projects, encourage meeting attendance and obtain timely response in the case of an emergency.
