Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a contact for Full Management services with Sundance Glen Condominium Association in Redmond, WA.
With the addition of Sundance Glen, Trestle now manages all three owners’ associations within the award-winning Village at Redmond Ridge, in addition to the Master Association.
Sundance Glen Condominium Association is a 90-unit Active Adult (55+ age restricted) community conveniently located in the award-winning Village at Redmond Ridge Master Planned community. It consists of nine 3-story buildings each with a lobby and elevator.
