Trestle Community Management today announced the hire of Chelsea Webster, CMCA, PCAM, as Senior Community Manager. Reporting to Kelli Smith, Senior Manager of Trestle’s Developer Services & HOA Practice, Chelsea will focus on a portfolio of Large Scale and Active Adult community associations.

“Managing Large Scale and Active Adult communities requires a whole different level of experience and expertise than traditional Community Association Management ,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle’s President. “I’m excited to have Chelsea's proven background and skills in this area to help us deliver the best possible services to our Clients.”

Chelsea brings to Trestle Community Management over 15-years’ experience in the Community Management industry. She was the onsite Community Association Manager for a very large Active Adult Cooperative where she supervised a staff of 12 employees comprised of maintenance, janitorial, landscape, restaurant chef and servers.  Prior to that she was Assistant Director of Community Association Management where she supervised 15 Community Association Managers.

Chelsea holds Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations, the highest professional recognition available nationwide to Community Association Managers, from the Community Associations Institute.  She is an active volunteer at the Community Associations Institute working on the Education and Outreach Committees, and having been a class instructor.  Chelsea holds an Associate in Arts & Sciences from Whatcom Community College.
