Trestle Community Management announced the hire of Paul Watkins as Maintenance Services Manager of Northwest Maintenance Services. Reporting to Trestle’s President, Paul’s role is to establish Northwest Maintenance Services as the best available in the Northwest for community association-related activities.
“Our Clients want better guidance, quality, and responsiveness for the maintenance services delivered to them,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle’s President. “I’m confident having Paul’s hands-on experience in maintaining community associations will achieve nothing short of what our Clients desire.”
Paul brings to Northwest Maintenance Services over 7-years’ experience in managing and performing a broad array of emergency and routine maintenance services for community associations in the Seattle area. Most recently he served as Project Manager at MBMS Maintenance Services where he led and managed all their services delivery and coordination activities.
