On March 11, 2022, Governor Jay Inslee amended Proclamation 20-25, lifting Washington State’s mask mandate in many settings. The Proclamation went into effect on March 12, 2022. Below is a summary of Trestle's response to the changes.
How Will Trestle Handle Board Meetings?
Given the success of its remote operations over the last two years, Trestle representatives will continue to attend all Board Meetings, including those with an in-person option, virtually. Trestle’s Team Members will attend Board Meetings in-person by exception only. Requests for in-person Board Meeting attendance should be provided to the Community Association Manager in advance for consideration by Trestle.
How Will Trestle Handle Membership Meetings?
As membership meetings, such as Annual, Budget and project meetings, often require more coordination, Trestle’s Managers will physically attend these meetings when they take place in-person. Reasonable accommodations will be made for another Trestle representative to attend should the Community Association Manager be unable to attend in-person.
How Will Trestle Handle Indoor Walkthroughs with Community Members and Vendors?
Trestle will work to accommodate in-person indoor site walkthroughs with a community member or vendor when remote attendance would unreasonably prevent the continued flow of business. Should the Community Association Manager be unable to attend, reasonable accommodations will be made to arrange for another Trestle representative to attend on their behalf.
Is Trestle’s Office Open to Visitors?
In July 2021, Trestle’s Team returned to the office on a limited basis. Maintaining its hybrid remote work philosophy, the reservable space remains available for Trestle’s Team as needed. To best accommodate visitors, the office is open by appointment only. Through this approach, Trestle can ensure that the appropriate Team Member, such as a designated Community Association Manager or Accounting Team Member, is on hand to assist Board Members, Homeowners and vendors with their specific need or inquiry.
Should you need to visit Trestle’s office to conduct business which cannot take place remotely, please work with your Community Association Manager or contact Trestle’s Client Experience Team at (425) 454-6404 to schedule an appointment.
