Trestle Community Management today announced that Kristen Ledbetter, Senior Community Manager and Mid-rise, High-rise & Estate Practice Leader, was selected to present at Community Association Institute’s Washington State Chapter’s (WSCAI) recent COVID-19 Pop-Up webinar alongside a panel of other respected industry experts.

The webinar, titled, “What We Can Do to Keep Our Common Interest Communities Functioning Properly During the COVID-19 Crisis,” focused on maintaining community association operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and State-mandated closures. Attended by Board Members and Community Association Managers alike, the moderated panel provided a wealth of information, guiding attendees through recent regulation changes, including Proclamation 20-51, outlining appropriate communication strategies and the steps an association should take if a resident falls ill. The full webinar can be viewed here, on WSCAI’s YouTube channel. Trestle has also created a COVID-19 Information and Resource Hub which can be accessed here at any time.
