Trestle Community Management today announced that Stephanie Slone, Advisory Community Manager and Condominium Practice Director, was selected to present at Community Association Institute’s Washington State Chapter’s (WSCAI) recent Saturday Seminar alongside a panel of other respected industry experts.
The seminar, titled, “Understanding and Managing Contracts for Common Interest Communities,” focused on proper and thorough contract review, risk assessments and contract management. Attended by Board Members and Community Association Managers alike, the moderated panel provided detailed guidance, advising attendees, and outlining effective strategies to ensure a community’s interests are protected during contract negotiation.
