Trestle Community Management today announced that Kristen Ledbetter, Advisory Community Manager and Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Estate Practice Director, and Vanessa Tilberg, Operations Director, were selected to present at Community Association Institute’s Washington State Chapter’s (WSCAI) upcoming Community Associations’ Day (CA Day).
Kristen and Vanessa will be joined by Jeremy Newman of Newman Certified Public Accountant, PC. Their session, titled, “Budgets, Financials and Audits, Oh My!,” will focus on creating accurate budgets, and thoroughly reviewing financials in order to ensure clean annual audits. CA Day is designed to provide education for Board and Committee members as well as Managers of common interest communities.
