Trestle Community Management today announced that three of its Community Association Managers, Chellore Knudtson, Chelsea Webster, and Loralynn Helm, have been nominated for the esteemed Manager of the Year award by the Washington State chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI).
“For the fourth consecutive year multiple Trestle Community Managers have been nominated for Community Manager of the Year by their Clients and peers within the industry.” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “This serves as a proof point for the professionalism and execution Trestle’s Community Managers provide to our Clients.”
Trestle’s own Kristen Ledbetter won Manager of the Year award in 2019, and multiple Trestle Managers have received nominations each year since 2016. This year’s nominations again recognize the consistent professionalism and ability to execute by Trestle’s Managers.
Chellore Knudtson brought a 7-year career in association management to Trestle when she joined the firm in 2019. Chellore specializes in estate, mid-rise and high-rise communities and secured her Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation in May of this year.
Chelsea Webster joined Trestle in 2019 bringing with her over 15 years’ community management experience, as well as the highly regarded Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation and excels as part of Trestle’s Large Scale and Active Adult Practice.
Loralynn Helm has been in the community management industry for over 12 years and with Trestle since 2017. In her time with the firm, Loralynn has secured her AMS designation, and been an outstanding a part of Trestle’s Condominium Practice, helping Clients expertly navigate large scale maintenance projects.
