What is Trestle Looking for in Community Managers?
Community Managers are responsible for providing consulting services including financial, maintenance, governance, and risk management to an assigned portfolio. Trestle Clients work within our various Practices – Condominium, Mid-Rise, High-Rise & Estate, Home Developers, Single-Family Homes, Active-Adult, and Large-Scale Communities. Each Community Manager maintains a portfolio within a Practice which allows the Manager to use their specialized skills and work with communities of a similar style.
A minimum of 2-years’ Community Management experience, a CMCA certification, or a college degree is desired.
