Trestle Community Management today announced the hire of Kristen Ledbetter as Senior Community Manager. Reporting to Trestle’s President, Kristen will focus on a community portfolio of mid-rise, high-rise and estate communities.
“Mid-rise, high-rise and estate communities demand the highest service levels possible to ensure their communities are impeccable across all aspects,” said Bob Brencic, Trestle’s President. “I’m confident having Kristen’s extensive background and experience in these areas will achieve nothing short of what our Clients desire in these areas.”
Kristen brings to Trestle Community Management over 10-years’ experience in the Community Management industry. For the last 9-years Kristen was Senior Community Association Manager at Yalnes Inc in Seattle where she led a team of Community Managers while managing her own portfolio. Kristen has particular expertise with estate, mid-rise and high-rise communities, financials including implementing special assessments, and in dealing with insurance renewals and claims. She was nominated for Community Manager of the Year in 2016 by the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Kristen holds Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist® (AMS®) certifications from the CAI, and is working toward the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification.
