Proclamation 20-51 was issued on April 17, 2020, and later amended on July 31, 2020. The Proclamation limited community associations’ ability to process delinquencies during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the reopening of Washington State, Proclamation 20-51 is scheduled to be rescinded and terminated at 11:59 pm on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
Delinquent Homeowners were previously advised that the Proclamation was likely to be terminated and encouraged to bring their accounts current as soon as possible. Trestle will resume each Association’s standard delinquency processes after July 24th.
