Trestle closed its office to the public on Tuesday, March 24th following Governor Jay Inslee’s Stay Home order. Fortunately, Trestle invested in remote capabilities well in advance of the current pandemic and as a result, has been able to fully move operations offsite without any impact to the level of service experienced by client associations. All team members remain available via telephone and email and Trestle continues to maintain its regular business hours of Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and 8:00 am – 3:00 pm on Fridays.
Trestle's Community Association Managers and Accounting Team are proceeding without an impact to their service. Owner statements continue to be issued, vendor payments are processed weekly and financial reports remain on track to be issued on the 15th of each month. Trestle has the systems in place to host video and telephone conference meetings including Board, Budget, and Annual Meetings. We have worked closely with Community Association attorneys to ensure our team fully understands the steps required to ensure all meetings meet the requirements outlined in each client association’s governing document as well as the applicable laws. Board Members should contact their Community Association Manager to discuss any meeting questions they may have.
At this time, Trestle's Maintenance Team, Northwest Maintenance Service (NWMS), is focusing on performing essential tasks, such as common area janitorial, grounds maintenance and disinfection, in the communities which have requested service. The team has been trained in proper sanitation processes, provided protective gear, and advised to adhere to social distancing guidelines for the safety of community members and themselves.
