Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a contract for Full Management services with Woodinview Owners’ Association in the heart of Bothell.
“We are excited to welcome Woodinview Owners’ Association to Trestle Community Management,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “We are excited to provide expert guidance to the Woodinview Board and Homeowners to ensure the community remains a fantastic to live place for many years to come.”
Near Woodinville’s wineries, Bothell Landing and Sammamish River Trail, Woodinview Owners’ Association is composed of 131 condominiums and offers a tennis court and tot lot for resident use.
