Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a contract for Full Management services with Taluswood Townhomes Owners Association in the heart of Redmond’s Bear Creek neighborhood.
“We are excited to add such a wonderful townhome community like Taluswood to our Client portfolio,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “We look forward to providing the best support and guidance possible to the Board and owners for many years to come.” Taluswood Townhomes Owners Association is composed of 85 open-concept townhomes, near Microsoft’s Millennium Campus and several parks including Marymoor Park. Other nearby amenities include shopping centers, schools, and Swedish Hospital’s Redmond Campus.
