Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a contact for Full Management services with Talus Residential Association in Issaquah, WA. Talus contains a dozen neighborhoods consisting of single-family homes, townhomes, rental apartments, Timber Ridge retirement community and commercial.
The 630-acre master-planned community is perched on scenic Cougar Mountain. Talus’ 1,000 homes, 50-miles of hiking trails, quiet, tree-lined streets and neighborhood parks all add to give Talus a unique community feel.
