Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a contract for Full Management services with Inglewood Shores Homeowners Association overlooking Inglewood Golf Club.
“We are excited to add a great community like Inglewood Shores to our Client portfolio,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “We are excited to provide expert guidance to the Board and Homeowners to ensure the community remains a fantastic to live place for many years to come.”
Inglewood Shores Homeowners Association is composed of 75 homes and has wonderful views of the golf course, a private dock with access to Lake Washington, and many amenities including a pool, hot tub, and tennis court.
