Trestle Community Management today announced it has been listed as the 25th Fastest Growing Privately Held Company in Washington State by the Puget Sound Business Journal’s (PSBJ) annual list of Washington’s 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Trestle’s company revenue growth from 2016 through 2018 exceeded 125%.
“Being recognized as the 25th fastest growing company in Washington is continued validation that Community Association Boards are seeking the Professional and Execution-oriented approach Trestle uniquely delivers in the Puget Sound,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “A growing company is a healthy company, and the recognition gives Clients confidence that selecting a professional firm like Trestle is the best way to ensure their communities are properly managed in order to protect and advance the value of their owners’ property investments.”
Trestle has been able to grow from 2016 through 2018 at a high rate while preserving the quality of service to Clients because of established and mature processes, procedures and technologies put in place years ago that drive consistent efficiencies. Further, having an excellent company culture, benefits and work environment, as validated by Trestle recently being selected a 2019 100 Best Washington Workplace by the PSBJ, Trestle attracts and retains the best people in the industry to perform them.
In order to qualify for the list, a company must be privately owned, globally headquartered in Washington state, and have a recorded revenue of at least $500,000 in 2016. Company revenue growth was evaluated based on 2016, 2017 and 2018 company revenue.
