Effective immediately, homeowners in Trestle-managed communities may now schedule recurring, automatic payments on their chosen day of the month via Mutual of Omaha Bank's Online Payments.
Other improvements relative to the bank's prior one-time payment eCheck page are a dramatically improved user interface, and reduced data entry for those that choose to create a homeowner profile. Pay your assessments automatically, on your schedule, and via your chosen bank account or credit card!
Payment of your assessment via automatic ACH is by far the most reliable, timely, and secure method by which to make your assessment payments and is the least expensive payment method for your association to process.
