Trestle Community Management announced today that the firm has been named a finalist to Washington’s 100 Best Workplaces of 2019 by the Puget Sound Business Journal (PSBJ).

Companies that are considered among the best workplaces consistently tout customer loyalty and profitability. That’s why the Puget Sound Business Journal — the region’s authority on local business — developed a special, comprehensive program designed to identify and celebrate Washington’s Best Workplaces.

“Trestle is honored and excited to be included on the PSBJ’s Washington's 100 Best Workplaces of 2019,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “Having a great company culture and work environment allows us attract, retain and reward the highest quality and most professional team of people in the Washington State Community Management industry.”

To quantify the best workplaces, the Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace and surveys thousands of employees throughout the state. The survey results were scored by Quantum to create the finalists.

The final rankings will be revealed at the Washington's Best Workplaces event at T-Mobile Park on Aug. 22 and published in the Aug. 23 print edition of the Puget Sound Business Journal. Trestle will be ranked in the 10 to 49 workers category.
