Trestle Community Management announced today that the firm is a finalist on the Puget Sound Business Journal’s (PSBJ) list of Washington's 95 Best Workplaces of 2020. This is Trestle’s second consecutive year making the list as the firm was ranked 16 in 2019.
Companies that are considered among the best workplaces consistently foster a healthy office culture, which maintains employee happiness and ensures a positive client experience. In an effort to identify and celebrate Washington’s Best Workplaces, the PSBJ developed a special, comprehensive program designed to identify and celebrate Washington’s Best Workplaces.

To quantify the best workplaces, the PSBJ partners with Quantum Workplace and surveys thousands of employees throughout the state. The survey results are then scored by Quantum in order to create the list of finalists.
The final rankings will be revealed at the Washington’s Best Workplaces virtual event on August 27th and published in the August 28th print edition of the PSBJ. Trestle will be ranked in the 10 to 49 employees category.
