Trestle Community Management today announced that it has entered into a contract for Full Management services with Grandview Condominium Association in the heart of Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood.
“We are excited to welcome a downtown high-rise like Grandview to Trestle Community Management,” said Bob Brencic, President of Trestle Community Management. “We look forward to working with the Grandview Board to ensure it continues to be such a great community for many years to come.” Grandview Condominium Association is composed of 108 luxury condominiums, many with views of the city, Lake Union, Puget Sound, Olympic Mountains and the Space Needle, and many amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, gym and sauna, community room and guest suite.
